nooo someone came into the server with a buncha colors in his name like light to dark, how do you do that?

how do you make it more than 15 characters? i saw someone name wolf with like 8 different colors in his name. I wanna do this. i can get into the var folder and add all the neccessary colors just cant get the name to show up like this. help!
