Other games like helldivers do work with decent fps 1440p

Got a new desktop (upgrade from my laptop). Was playing a local game and noticed I can't get more than about 10 fps, despite getting over a few hundred on the laptop. Laptop had windows 10 with nvidia cpu/gpu. now Im running w11, with amd cpu/gpu. Is there a fix or build that might help my situation?

I'm trying to slightly alter the external cam. I just wasnt sure if external cam is just a preset of custom cam configurations or something totally unachievable through custom cam

I dont see whats so bad about it. Aliases are just fun to have. In play, I dont think its in the best interest of the known team to set expectations for the unknown team, as they both should be playing their best. it do seem like it could be a lil confusin though. like what if a completely different...
