As long as it has all the necessary development libraries installed and GCC, it should compile. The real question here is what sort of 3D acceleration is available under Linux. If you get it working you'll have to say what sort of performance you get. Well, the cell CPU, PS3 and the graphics card a...

Otherwise, what differences in the source would be need to cross compile or directly compile this game on my PPC dr...

Kick Votes
 This has to be the most retarded thing ever incorporated into the game. All it does is clutter up the screen and allow adolescent idiots to kick people, then, on top of that, retarded server operators set things up so that you can't even get back on the server. There should be a KickTard coun...

Classic My ARSE. Modern day classically modified more like!
Where the heck is the REAL, original "Classic Movie Pack"? with the original file dates, not this claims to be the classic pack, which can seemingly only be used on one version of the game (how lame is that?)???
WHERE?
WHERE?

Executable (win32) builds not working
:( Hey guys. I DL'd both compiles of the win32 builds and neither one works as the build seem to be relying on some directory strcuture that existed when the build was being compiled. Any help on this? I loaded it into the same directory as the previous (beta) build. These are from your site (the gc...

Mind your place.
Can't you take your flamewar somewhere else? I mean, really, if you want to solve a problem, by all means, talk about it. But you're not trying to solve a problem, whereas the rest of us are (or at least appear to be). It's a one-sided flamewar anyway, WallyWallWhackr flames and people just keep ta...

Calm down, Wally. Nobody shut you out from the master server. The master server is run by me and I never ever blocked any access to it. If you were shut out, probably everybody else was at that time, too. The server is down from time to time. Is it down right now? Has it been down for the last thre...

When you die, you must wait... PERIOD.
But was it disrupting camping? Here's a recent example nemo and I were recently in. :) People were leaving quickly, and I thought nemo and I were all that was left. So we started screwing around, having quit fighting. So this guy says "Campers!" and reminds us he was there. So feeling bad...

Act like you don't know...
I'm sorry Wally, but I too am having a few difficulties following your comments. Could you please elaborate? Aren't YOU the asshole that clipped my access to the master server? If so, what I have to say to you, I cannot say in this forum, *$#@head! However, as I stated before, I no longer give a ra...

Behavior folks... and the game.
 :x Just to let you know, the behavior of those on that server at that time, and YOUR subsequent behavior (you know who you are) is about as lame as this game has become. I don't need some twit telling me how to play, much less with center_message. How old are you? As for the game... Now, the ...

Sorry, this post must have slipped my attention. It may very well be that the browser gives up pinging the servers, but does not delete them. I filed a bug report for it. What you can do as a workaround is delete the file var/frommaster.srv. This will do the reset. Thank you sir. I somehow f...

Possible non critical bug?
I had my connection cut off last week for several days. My Armagetron installation (rc8) could not hit the server, or any game server explicitly as my lame wanna be "ISP" closed the ports. The server list wich was stored on my machine switched all of the servers in the list to "Unreac...
