the 3,2,1 sound is almost inaudible to me unless i have my speakers cranked up REALLY loud..

mebbe this could be fixed b4 final.. just slightly louder or soemthing?

another type not listed is deadmans trail, but i just tested the latest version & i think its fixed.. u can search the forums for "deadmans" for a description of this one.. only happens on short tails servers near the end of some dead guys trail b4 it finishes decaying.. will post here...

as far as i can tell, the deadmans trail bug is fixed now.. maybe someone on shrunkland can help me test it more.. cuz it may only have occured on a short tails server if the person died b4 thier end started to move.. not sure.. anywho, i tested agaisnt some bots locally, (for both types of ways^) &...

for anyone who missed it http://forums.armagetronad.net/download.php?id=2411 it has a different chestplate now, (glows color of trail) cuz some graphics cards couldnt display the way i mapped it b4,.. (oh, and if you've never seen it, the edges of every peice of the body glow the color of your trail...

that looks so awesome.. i cant really improve on this much,.. i would add more polys to the tracks tho & try to make them look rounder or more movie-like.. but that looks ALOT like the tanks in the movie..

i got around to it! the chestplate now glows the color of the trails & so do teh edges of the mesh.. i had mapped the chestplate a funky way & it looked cool on my computer, but i noticed on someones laptop, some graphcis cards made the chestplate invisible,.. so i changed it,. I also change...

be nice if you could put semi-transparent texture on it..

but you cant! ;p

i still need to make a new one with better chestplate & put the "grip" at the bottom.. so if it grows it doesnt grow into the floor..

does the map_uri line still have a 0 or 1 in it after the address is added? not, right? can someone with a working map server paste the 2 lines the path & the map_url also, if my map is in /resources/tard/ does the map_uri need to be www.blahblah.fakeaddy.com/tard/mapname.xml ? also,.. there is ...
