Re: TST revised

Jesus, yes. Please remove all multi-team (> 2) game-modes. It feels like it's been decades since any of it made sense to me. I have had a long internal quarrel with the way TST has been played out since its inception. Granted, it has been very successful at generating an environment where we have an...

Proposals to change Ladle settings discussion - state of play

The main purpose of this thread is to continue and record discussion of potential fortress settings changes. The following proposed changes came about through discussions on the main Discord channel, and I am limiting attention to settings as opposed to match/tournament formatting (Bo1, Bo2, swiss, ...

Re: 2020's Arma

Hey 2020! I don't think I understand all of your post but I just wanted to add to (2) and (3). I have been working on a league idea for fortress tournaments where players are drafted and are compensated based on their draft order (e.g. blondie will get $20 per tournament because he gets picked first...

Re: What Size T-Shirt Do You Wear?

Hey Sine I had no idea all this merch existed! Very cool. I was thinking about that idea posted by Word (hi Word!), and it reminded me of this artist that depicts memorable moments in NFL football on big posters. See attached.

Anyway thanks. Getting a hoodie right now. :D

Re: Ladle 84

Yo, literally Al Capone here. Thanks for hosting the tourney. I thought I would chime into the, you know, thing. I do not plan on pressing charges (just a joke). Do your tourney rules trial thing by all means, but there is no bad blood. WD to winners and to Cadi for dealing with that.

Re: How pickup kills tron

Look how pathetic that sounds. Competition in public servers is so bad that you have to highlight a guy that noodles around as a great player worthy of a challenge? If this is really the case all of us might as well quit Tron. It turns out I don't actually "have" to point out a fun, activ...

Re: How pickup kills tron

Ah yeah, also true. But he does try his damnedest to passively drive around longer than you, every round. I think that consistency makes for a challenging public server.

A tip for the public game connoisseur:
If panda is in the server, join it! He will always give you a fight worth playing in. Same goes for b3n!
