Netherlands ISP's
I'm asking this for a good friend of mine, who owns a cottage in the Netherlands (Zeeland).
His little House is already equipped with telephone mainlines.
He is searching for a low-priced Service Provider who offers Time or Volume Based Internet access via Modem.
Thanks in Advance,
Dominique
