pretty sure my email got hacked because of this..

If someone was good at hacking a gaming codex or system, couldn't they just take the downloaded file and change the bot to their own player so actually when you play as a chatbot in a game the chatbot would just own for them?

I Was wondering if it is possible at all, could you have to hosts to one server?

Like if i had a host in newyork and paris there would be no lag and low pings for all players so is that possible in any way?
