OK, first, the problem is fixed, yay Second, huge apologies for wasting everyone's time, the problem was at my end and nothing to do with Armagetron, my laptop drivers and everything are ok too, it was basically down to a router and external hard drive problem, the external hard drive had been acces...

I have a computer technician coming today and he will check the settings on my PC i hope it is something as simple as that and i really am grateful for everyone's help and input.

I made a recording just in case. I will reinstall my drivers just in case too

hi Convict i have checked my CPU usage and i have nothing weird or dodgy running, it was one of the first things i looked at to be honest, thank you for the help as it was good advice
