E-mails (alerts, activations, etc.) may or may not have been getting through the last few months (summer-fall 2024). This was caused by Google phasing out application passwords and needing to work around that (i.e., change the way e-mails are sent). Fix #1 was a temporary band-aid. Fix #2 apparently...

Accounts that are inactive and have not logged into the forums for a few years are occasionally deleted. See this post for more information. No need to worry if you login every year or two to say hello though!

For clarification regarding forum user account pruning, the forums get several hundred of spam user account registrations yearly. I've made a note to look at the extensions Z-man linked in more detail when I get a chance. At a quick glance it looks doable, but not quick to do. I need to set aside a day at some point for this stuff.

Good to hear people are doing OK. I'm also working from home, but I miss my nice work desk, chair, and monitors. My home setup was not meant for 10 hours a day on it.

I believe everything we have for themes is on launchpad. If someone updates it for phpBB3 and lets me know, I'm happy to apply it. I can always be pinged on IRC.
