Re: Flex's Fort Cup 2011
We also need server's so, if server admins would like to provide a server, then that would be nice. Just four is needed, but we'd like possibly two more, extra, just in case! It's next month, so there's enough time to arrange things. EDIT / UPDATE 1: I've closed the sign-ups for now due to the entry...

Re: Flex's Fortress Cup
This is all about whether everyone is ok with the date and if they are fine with option A or if they'd rather do B or C. It seems like everyone is OK with the entry fee, and personally I'd prefer it too, considering B and C seems like an alternative, but I wouldn't mind, just it would take more effo...

Re: Wager Tournaments (Split)
The Sumo one would work and you're right in regards to a monetary reward being best suited for something like Sumo or an individual tournament, but I really wanted to do Fortress. Anyway, I don't think it's gambling or betting. There's only an entry fee and I don't think that classifies as betting. ...

Re: Ladle 44
Check the history and edits again. You're basically linking the illegal edit from the final cut-off time. That is Mkay and he edits himself OFF the illegal edit AFTER 18:01 GMT. He basically remove himself from the roster of the illegal edit. He's not even the captain. No other LEGAL edit is done be...

Re: Ladle 44
So why was this made into such a big deal? (Explain your moronic actions clearly so everyone can understand why they're giving you freedom to do this.) Was there a very serious need to remove SP from the brackets and mess the whole ladle up for no ******* apparent reason other than finding an error ...

Re: Ladle 38+: Aliases (and a bit Seeding and Team Changes)
So, just assume the center player is owned even if his alias says Jennifer. Problem solved. Good teams use surprise anyway, regardless of names. What.. You just ignored my whole example.. Actually I give up now. This is worthless and then again, it was always worthless. This is deja'vu. I never cam...

Re: Ladle 38+: Aliases (and a bit Seeding and Team Changes)
I don't see how we can really prove aliases are an advantage unless we do an experiment. I don't get it. How does team A; having all its members being visible compared to Team B; not having any member visible - NOT prove it? I can try and prove it to you, if you find my example logical - that's wha...

Re: Ladle 37 Voting Thread: CLOSED
Well said. You stated pretty much the exact obvious of what the main advantages of by going under alias. Like beating a dead horse, did someone have to really explain every little detail just so the point can be transfered across? People should know this already. I find it hard to believe the majori...

Re: Ladle 37 Voting Thread: CLOSED
That's a good question. That's why I'm in favour of adjusting the rules a bit. After the brackets have been set - unique players should not be counted as team adjustments. Maybe to tighten the rules a little bit more to compensate for that; we can increase the minimum team player limit to 5 and also...

Ladle 38+: Aliases (and a bit Seeding and Team Changes)
I guess it's too late for SP and SPD to vote. I think we would have voted for no seeding, but I guess we're also willing to give seeding a try. We're not against fair match-ups, but with the way the Ladle seems to allow teams to be so flexible, seeding seems like pretty much a hit and miss game. I'l...

Re: Ladle 37 - Discussion Thread
I used to think seeding was fine, and might have even made the Ladles more fun and possibly even fair, but in actuality it would require a Human mind to even begin seeding the Ladles. Because as a point system or any other form of trying to rank the teams would fail or be incomplete half the time an...

Re: Consequences of L 36 - Voting Thread
If you didn't change the brackets SP would've have had to beat CT, TX and IB which I also think were the top 4 teams. If you guys don't think that was harder i really suspect your tron IQ. Oh right, because seeing as we never beat TX, it makes the whole difference! Gott'ya! Yes your tron IQ is migh...

Re: goody frowns on you
The ladles, and bowl tx has won weren't a challenge? Even before the combination, both tr and x were definitely considered challenges. We were even a challenge to you when sp had its 3 ladle winning streak. We won one match 100-26 or something like that. That wasn't challenge enough for you? I didn...

Speeders official response to Ladle 36
I think we owe it to the majority of people here to properly explain and settle this situation properly and answer the accusations towards us and not make it out that we're ignoring peoples opinions like some are trying to claim. I believe the majority have been calm and have simply expressed their ...
