hey, I don't know wuts wrong with my sever.I don't know how to port forward and whenever i type talk_to_master 1 and wait it naver goes to the master list or at least nobody can see it but me,wut do i do?? and how do i port forward??? need help plz!!

I am having a lot of trouble creating a server. I have done everthing to connect the server so everyone can play.I can see the server on the internet servers but no one else can see them. Can someone help me out i need it severly!!
