I favor my right hand and thus i have my turning on that hand.

a - look left
s - look back
d - look right

; - turn left
' - turn right

space - brake

that's pretty much it.

If you guys know me, you should also know that i almost always play with a ping at about 300. Newer players tend to find that a higher ping is harder to play and that they eventually fall to the lower ping players. Fear not, I actually believe that a slightly higher ping is more dangerous to the low...
