I had a copy of X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter. It was the most complex game I've ever played. Every single button on the keyboard was a function, and so was shift+key, and so was ctrl+key. I never got good at managing the power between the lasers, shield, and thrusters. All I kept thinking was "this is way too much work without an astro-mech droid."

I saw that too (predictably, given my posts about GOG over the last year). Pretty significant pickup for GOG.

Looking at the screenshots, I think it was Star Wars: TIE Fighter that I remember playing at a friend's house back in like '94 and thinking how awesome it was, just attacking some frigate. I kinda doubt I'll ever get any of these, though. I might check out Sam & Max Hit the Road some day.
