Armasmegmod v0.1

Post by SER »

Armasmegmod is finally here!

System requirements:
- ArmagetronAdvanced v0.2.7.0
- GForce 2 MX/64Mb or greater for reasonable fps

Please uninstall any Moviepack before installation.

Note that this mod changes the armagetron.exe file because of some minor issues with wall textures and floor color in the original file. The original files will be restored if you uninstall Armasmegmod.

If you have any problems/bug report please post'em here.

And a Armasmegmod v0.2 will be...
Things to add:
- Intro sound
- Extro sound
- In game music(?)
- Higher res/more tiles on grid walls(?)
- Floor texture(?)
- Rotating wheels(?)

Thanks to ICEMAN for tell me how to fix the moviepack floor color issue and thanks to all for the feedback.

Hope you all enjoy it!

Armasmegmod v0.1(by SER)

Thanks.
SER.

Just rename armagetron.exe to somethin like armagetron 0.2.6.0.exe before install armasmegmod. That way you can run both, 2.6 and 2.7... :D

SER: I'm still waiting for the new versions of your images that you promised in http://guru3.sytes.net/viewtopic.php?p=16972#16972

Cause I've missed it in my searches and it took you that long to point it to me lo! Are there any other moviepacks out there that I missed, just tell me in http://guru3.sytes.net/viewtopic.php?p=16972#16972

Also, DrJoe, I didnt link to the collage picture because it is too big. Can you re-generate them as 500 (max) x 375 (about, or what ever it is to keep the aspect ratio). Also, it misses the main screen picture. Just add them to your original post where you presented your moviepack and I'll link them to the list.
