Saving CAMERA_CUSTOM_TURN_SPEED

Is it possible to save settings for CAMERA_CUSTOM_TURN_SPEED? It would be nice to set it higher, but every time the client is restarted, the value defaults. Using trunk build, if it matters.

Settings that can't be edited in the menus usually are not saved, you need to set them yourself in autoexec.cfg. This is by design: there are so many ways you can mess up those settings that we would get drowned in support requests of people who find themselves stuck with crazy settings.
