How do you get permission to add external links to a page on the Arma Wiki?

I have been adding external links to wiki for a while. All it does is ask you for verification and that's about it.

In the past I did have the same trouble but the problem was fixed somehow (still had no idea why that was like that).

I tried to post yesterday, and it said I don't have permission to post external links. I verified email so I could post. Is there a time requirement, maybe?
