Ladle 30 Voting Thread: CLOSED

It's time for our quarterly voting on Ladle rules, policies, procedures... As always, only teams who are signed up on the Challenge Board may vote, one vote per team (so tell your Team Captain what you want).

There is very little to come out of the last dicussion, in fact, the first three are procedures we already practice - we're just voting them into law, so to speak. However, the fourth point is an important one and needs special consideration.

EDIT: Here are the results...

1. Ladles will be adjusted to follow Daylight Savings Time in the EU. [ yes | no ] (unanimous)

2. Ladles in January will happen on Sunday following the first Tuesday. [ yes | no ] (unanimous)

3. The cutoff for teams to sign up on the Challenge Board is 18:00 GMT on: [ Thursday | Friday | Saturday] (6:5:1)
   (Note: The above is a restriction on teams signing up, not on players, which can, and have been, replaced on the Ladle day. The purpose is to allow time to randomize the brackets and for teams to make final arrangements. Brackets are usually set on Thursdays.)

4. Elect Global Administrators for L-31, and L-32 using the latest guidelines. [ yes | no ] (11:1)

We (the Ladle community) voted to have Global Admins in October last year. However, no one was elected, and fortunately we haven't needed one. But it appears there is still a strong sentiment towards having them, so we probably won't repeal the vote.

Please join the current discussion so we can come to some consensus on how to go about implementing this next month.
