I'm not sure if there is any protocol as far as fixing up the page for an upcoming ladle, but I took it upon myself to do it.

On a side note, how come Past Ladles isn't listed on the blurb on the Current Ladle page? I understand the redundancy when looking at the Past Ladles page, but there isn't a way to segment the two? I personally think it becomes an inconvenience when wanting to quickly look, because I remember it being up there previously.

I'm not sure what you mean about past results not being easy to find. Maybe you're confused because Past Ladles was moved to the Results page.

may or may not be related, but the challenge board looks different somehow... is it the wiki itself or maybe something specific to the ladle page(s)?

I fixed it for you.

I also added my server up there.
It seems to work really well with Americans but still remains untested in hostile fort situations.
