cant login from grid

I tried running this game on a different computer, (this game is on my flashdrive) and i couldnt login to my account. It would say user not found or other stuff.
can anyone help me fix this?

"User not found" means you either set your Global ID wrong (should be NIVEK@forums) or, if you're not using that field, you're not logging in with "/login NIVEK@forums".
