Maybe there needs to be a note about logging in placed prominently somewhere on the front page (board index) of the forum, and/or the main site. These threads are coming up way too frequently.
Of course, 'Noob Candie' could and should have done the simplest search or even just browsing of the forum to answer this for himself in one of the many threads that already answer this question (not to mention the wiki). I guess that's too much to ask anymore.
