Nemo had an interesting suggestion that might work well for a team sumo game. I'm thinking about putting together a team sumo map and doing the last fix to the invertedcross++ fortress map to turn my server back into a team server.
Anyway, nemo's suggestion was fortress with no cycle walls. I was thinking that might work well for a team sumo.

Fortress without walls? I suppose with physics settings that don't allow you to stay in the zone alone for too long (high speed, high turn delay, small zone) so you have to time your conquest?
A copule of bug cries from the last days:I'll look at that and make a debug plot, but it happened right at round start where network traffic is heavy, so the connection theory probably is right.
Yes, they all do. The server does not inform the client that the vote can now be removed. The new server controlled vote does not have this problem.
Assuming the buzz was about the copy that timed out earlier, all seems to be well.
Looks like Vanhayes found a nice new confusion trick The color of the last : should give an indication. Disabling color coded chat strings would also help. Or adding a space between the name and the real :.

Hes now using the name "schleim"...z-man wrote: Some **** who calls himself KRABBELBABY has been haunting the server lately. He's also impostering people, Lucifer seems to be his favorite. I banned him by name, but he hasn't used it today; he may have changed his strategy.
He's on dynamic IP starting with 84.168.152 - 84.168.196. I could ban the whole range, but it's some thousand addresses. Well, I can ban Lucifers from that range... So, if you see him (he likes to say LOOOOOOL with really many OOOOs), tell him to behave like an actual human being, or else he gets nuked.

Yep. I let him back in, but only with that name, so you recognize him if he's misbehaving again. I promised not to reveal his identity so he can have a fresh start without being kicked on sight, but since you spotted him, I'm no longer bound by that. From the logs, he's still a chatspamming foulmouth, but I expect you to use the silence feature for those. I count six kick votes against him this month and only two succeeded, which isn't so bad.
