New Server: AlarconCTF

A new map, two teams, common Capture The Flag physics, but cycle_rubber is set to 7. Please check it out and give us some feedback here.
Props to Jip for fixing the map :)

edit: changed the classic to common

I know I'm a bit of a broken record here, but my feedback: Break away from the very notion of "classic Capture The Flag physics." That goes for any concept of "[insert special game mode here] physics." These game modes are (or should be) defined by the zone characteristics, not the physics settings. There's no reason whatsoever why every CTF, Fortress, or Sumo server needs to have the same speed, acceleration, etc.* The rest of the game physics shouldn't define these game modes, but be considered as independently complimenting the game mode, and uniquely differentiating them from other such servers of the same game mode.

Yeah, I gotta follow up with Titanaboa on that Sumo thing. Thing is, you just know that any variance of physics will be met by the bleating masses as "this isn't sumo!" even if the zone behaviour and whatnot was left identical.

* I guess the only good(ish) reason is for your regular competition things; I suppose it makes sense to have standardised settings in those cases.** But there's no reason that should apply to standalone servers.

** Then again, I don't really see why that necessarily needs to be true from one tournament to another, but whatever.
