You script seams to work well without any hassles on a Magic Mouse. Acceleration is completely gone, super. One to one pixel mapping does however provide too much gain on a 15" screen. Can the script be modified to lower the gain?

Sorry for the bump, but: I installed the .dmg.gz version on 10.6.5. Mouse acceleration is off but now the mouse skips; how can I undo the changes?

I don't think it really skips, unless your mouse itself is skipping. It's just much more sensitive at low speeds than it was before.
Nonetheless, you can just go to the normal mouse/trackpad preferences and use the slider there. Remember to get rid of the startup item if you already made one.
