You don't have to. However, now also self-evidently healthy and good for you:
- waffles
- chocolate
- sugar cubes
- french fries (but only plain square ones!)

Waffle fries?

What about processed fish and stuff like that? It's basically a grid structure, and has those type 3 omega fatty acids (if you eat the right kind).
