i think, it is time for a new restart - my ping is again to 1 - or is there any other solution available ?

I have a problem with Tigers Classis Play. Recently it started that whenever i log in into the game i have an extremely low ping value - at the same time i can not turn close to wall cause otherwise i crash immediatly. What is wrong with the server ?
