I am Retiring
So, I'm sure some of you have heard that I am retiring from Armagetron. I just want to come tell you guys that this is true. Today, I have put in a 2 weeks notice of mine and XzL's retirement. You can read the official Letter of Resignation here . Just so you know Tank, it would be a good idea to re...

Ahh, I hadn't seen those before. :) I think the link problem is a DNS thing. I don't know why, but everytime I make a subdomain on this server it takes about a week before everyone can see it. Sometimes it's 2 days before even I can get to it. :/ If it continues to do it for a bunch of people I will...

Now Open To The Public! ---Self Destructo's Blog---
Yep, I built me a blog. I just thought I'd try something new, that no one has done in tron before (that I know of). I hope to add some good resources as time goes by, and probably even start doing video tutorials on some of the more complex aspects of tron, like customization, etc. I'm not trying to...

Good question. And the answer is: You can't. ;) All I am saying is that we could lessen the need for support (and the complete ignorance) if we would do as I suggested. I suppose even I could make up the list and post it and someone else could sticky it, and I might if I can find some time to do such.

It's funny that the need for support almost always seems to get exaggerated. :) But nevertheless, it's our own fault if we just take a look. We should have sticky posts up that scream: READ THIS BEFORE POSTING And have a directory listing with links for the most common problems that people post abou...

Nevertheless, Happy Birthday! It's been a great pleasure.Tank Program wrote:I can pretty much guarantee that that was human spam, not a spam bot. Needless to say, a human spamming would not be defeated by a mere copy paste.
It's also hard to believe that it's been close to 4 years for me to be playing tron.

Shouldn't this just be removed?
In armagetronad\src\defs.h I get an error: src/defs.h:105: error: new declaration `bool isblank(int)'. This is no surprise since it was expected (http://wiki.armagetronad.net/index.php?title=Windows_Development#Troubleshooting). But, the code seems completely dumb because we just simply comment it o...

I'll get around to reading all this, but I wanted to say that I am a very experienced solderer; from Micro D connectors to computer chips, and I can offer my help in at least that way. And who knows, in 3-4 years my business (JG Worldwide Enterprises, LLC) may actually be big enough to fund a nice c...
